Red Light Therapy combines a visible red light (660 nm) and an invisible near-infrared light (850 nm) to work in unison to penetrate the tissue. Recommended use:

Treatment times will vary depending on the condition being treated however as a general rule if the pad is wrapped allow a treatment time of 15 minutes (The pad set 15 minutes timer which it will shut off automatically after 15 mins ).  Sessions can be repeated 2 to 3 times a day initially then reduced to an “as needed basis” for best results.  The red light therapy boots come with an easy to use manual.  It is not recommended to use for over 30 min. for same treatment area per session.
